Principle Capital Holdings S.A. ("PCH") was floated on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in November 2004.
The placing in November 2004 was backed by a number of well known institutional investors. PCH is the owner of Principle Capital Partners, our main operational subsidiary, which holds all our fund management and advisory interests through several distinct underlying companies, and Silex Holding Limited, an international wealth management fund and trust administration business specialising in the provision of fiduciary and ancillary professional services to private and institutional clients.
